The challenge was to design a new site with zero branding, other than a provided logo. We needed to plan the information architecture and craft all of the copywriting. Other requirements included IDX feed integration for homes on the market, saved searches and lead management for prospective buyers and sellers.
We studied the competition and pulled from our years of experience in real estate marketing to plan, organize, write, design and build a critical tool for a new real estate agent.
THE RESULT
The result was a highly functional real estate site where leads could be managed directly. The site has helped to sell many homes in the local area. Real estate in the area is booming and this client is selling with the best of them now.
